What to Include When Contacting Support

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • Your Tenant name and the email address you use to log in
  • A description of the issue — what you expected vs. what happened
  • The page or feature where the issue occurred
  • Any error messages or screenshots if available

Tips Before Reaching Out

  • Check the docs — most common questions are covered in the guides for each module.
  • Check your subscription status — some features require an active subscription. See Subscription & Feature Gating.
  • Check your role — some sections are Admin-only. See Roles.
  • Invite link expired? — Ask your Tenant Admin to resend the invite from Access Management.
